About Us
Based out of Edmonton, Alberta, RB Williams Industrial Supply Ltd. began in 1982 as a rag manufacturer and industrial supply company. Since its inception with just a handful of employees, the company has experienced steady growth to over 100 employees and has emerged as one of the largest privately-owned distributors of industrial products and wiping rags in Western Canada.
A concern for the environment and recognizing that the use of some of products being purchased left customers with hazardous waste to deal with, led to the development of a hazardous waste recycling division.
RBW Waste Management Ltd. was formed in 1992. It was a logical progression for the company and continues to evolve today. Starting with oil recovery from and washing of used rags for re-use, recycling programs were expanded to include spent absorbent materials, spent aerosols, engine filters and process filters. In 2003, expansion continued to include handling contaminated soil and brokering chemical waste.
Much of the success realized by the RBW Group of Companies can be attributed to a strong commitment to customer service. This includes being proactive and consistent in product offerings and delivery services and focusing on the needs of customers.
